As we previously communicated, our relationship with TheoremReach has hit an unexpected roadblock. Despite numerous attempts over the past week, we have not been able to establish contact with their team. This lack of communication and inability to resolve outstanding issues means we cannot assure the integrity of the survey payouts or the overall functionality of the survey system.
Given this impasse, we have made the difficult decision to suspend the Survey System indefinitely across all our platforms. This action is not one we have taken lightly, and we deeply regret any inconvenience it may cause. However, the security and trust of our users remains our paramount concern. This suspension will ensure that your hard work and engagement with our platform remains respected and rewarded accurately.
In relation to this, we are making some adjustments to our Android App. As the Survey System was a key source for earning credits, its absence will impact the balance of our platform’s economy. To maintain balance and fairness, we are fine-tuning some limits associated with the Ads for Credits System.
This adjustment is essential to ensure that the Credits System remains fair, viable, and beneficial for all users, despite the indefinite suspension of the Survey System. We will share the details of these adjustments soon, and we assure you these changes are designed with the best interests of our users in mind.
